WHAT IS THE PREMIUM COACHING PROGRAM?

The Premium Coaching Program consists of comprehensive, individually tailored health and wellness programs that seamlessly incorporate dietitian designed meal plans and professional exercise programs with behavioral change techniques and weekly, biweekly or monthly video coaching sessions.  Though this program is open to anyone, it is particularly ideal for:

  1. Graduates of the Habit Based program.
  2. Intermediate, intermediate-advanced, or advanced recreational strength athletes.  
  3. Those desiring greater personalization in their fitness programming.
  4. Those with bodybuilding or sport related goals. 
  5. Those with short-term goals.

Anyone interested in participating in the Premium Coaching Program should have a reliable internet connection, a quiet place for video meetings, a gym membership, a handheld BIA device, an accurate scale, a camera or camera phone, and a private place to take progress pictures. In addition, it is highly recommended--although not required--that all participants have at least some knowledge of fundamental exercise techniques and cooking principles.  Novice and beginner-intermediate level recreational strength athletes, those with no prior knowledge of exercise or nutrition, and those wanting to lose weight or improve eating and lifestyle habits will undoubtedly find this program to be especially challenging.  Those wanting real change, however, will find the benefits are worth the effort.

Clients who choose the Premium Coaching option must first create an account and complete the requisite intake and assessment forms.  Shortly thereafter, the client will receive access to his or her custom meal plans and workout programs, and schedule a video meeting with his or her coach to discuss goal setting, barriers to success (sometimes referred to as "limiting factors"), progress tracking, and other important issues.  In the steps that follow, clients will alternate on a weekly basis between completing program tasks and making the necessary adjustments for continued improvement. Video meeting sessions will occur in approximately 28, 14, or 7 day intervals depending on whether the client respectively chooses the monthly, biweekly or weekly coaching option.

Targeted Nutrition Technologies' custom mobile app provides patrons with everything they need to achieve their goals right at the tips of their fingers.  Clients can painlessly track their progress through meal plan, grocery list, and nutrient analysis reports, as well as food and exercise logs.  Our mobile app also allows clients to effortlessly plan meals with easy to follow, step-by-step recipes and our custom recipe creator.  Other features include a food barcode scanner, synchronization with wearables such as fitbit, daily inspirational messages, video tutorial training, and customer service chat.

The Premium Coaching Program provides clients with individually tailored exercise and nutrition programs and monthly, biweekly or weekly coaching sessions via Zoom, depending on which level of support the client chooses.  Clients fill out assessment forms, set and track goals, perform assignments, follow their nutrition and exercise plans, complete progress checks, and meet with their coach on a regular basis. This is a comprehensive program that encourages clients to create their own goals and empowers them with the autonomy to pursue them in whatever manner they see fit.

Yes! The Premium Coaching program provides individualized meal plans to clients.

The Premium Coaching program provides individually tailored meal plans that can be further customized by the client to meet his or her specific needs.

Clients stay accountable through assessments, goal setting, behavioral change, daily tracking, progress checks, and Zoom sessions with their coach.

To change to the DIY Fitness Program, simply contact us and we'll cancel your current subscription and switch you to the DIY program.  When the next billing cycle occurs, you will be charged for the DIY Fitness Program instead of the Premium Coaching Program.  Please keep in mind that all previously made payments are nonrefundable.

All video coaching sessions are 25 minutes in length.
