WHAT IS THE DIY FITNESS PROGRAM?

The DIY Fitness Program allows ambitious clients to access the same great meal plans and exercise programs as those who sign up for the Premium Coaching Program, but without the added benefit of video coaching and email and instant messaging support.  Though this program is open to anyone, it is particularly ideal for:

  1. Graduates of the Habit Based program.
  2. Intermediate, intermediate-advanced, or advanced recreational strength athletes.
  3. Those who are self-reliant and don't want personal coaching.
  4. Those with bodybuilding or sport related goals.
  5. Those with short-term goals.

Individuals who are interested in participating in the DIY Fitness Program should also have a reliable internet connection, a smartphone, a gym membership or adequate home workout area, and some sense of fundamental exercise methodologies and cooking techniques.  As this option relies upon personal discipline and self-direction for client success, novice and beginner-intermediate level recreational strength athletes, those with no prior knowledge of exercise or nutrition, and those wanting to lose weight or improve eating and lifestyle habits may want to consider our Habit Based Coaching Program instead.

Clients who choose to partake in the DIY Fitness Program must first create an account and complete the requisite intake and assessment forms.  Shortly thereafter, the client will gain access to the member's area where he or she will choose an appropriate meal plan and exercise program to meet his or her individual needs.  In the ensuing steps, clients will follow their own strategies for overcoming limiting factors and achieving personal goals, track their own progress, and make occasional adjustments for continued improvement.  Clients will also receive technical support for mobile app, web based, and membership related questions.

Targeted Nutrition Technologies' custom mobile app provides patrons with everything they need to achieve their goals right at the tips of their fingers.  Clients can painlessly track their progress through meal plan, grocery list, and nutrient analysis reports, as well as food and exercise logs.  Our mobile app also allows clients to quickly plan meals with easy to follow, step-by-step recipes and our custom recipe creator.  Other features include a food barcode scanner, synchronization with wearables such as fitbit, daily inspirational messages, video tutorial training, and a customer service chat feature.

The DIY Fitness Program allows clients to develop their own exercise and nutrition programs and access them via our website and custom mobile app.  The program also provides clients with technical support should they encounter any membership or software related problems.  After clients pay and fill out the requisite intake and assessment forms, they will gain immediate access to the program.  Unlike the habit-based and premium programs, the client does not have access to a coach and is fully responsible for the design, and management of, his or her own program.  

Yes! The DIY Fitness Program provides fully customizable meal plans to clients.

The DIY Fitness Program provides individually tailored meal plans that can be further customized by the client to meet his or her specific needs.

Yes, there’s a smartphone app for the DIY Fitness Program.

Because this is a do-it-yourself program, clients must be self-determining and hold themselves accountable for their choices.

Enrollment is open. Clients may sign up anytime.

The client is billed on the same day he or she signs up for his or her respective program and is subsequently billed the same amount on the same day every four weeks thereafter. The client is granted immediate access after the initial payment and completion of the requisite intake and assessment forms.

To change which DIY Fitness Program you're in, simply contact us and we’ll switch your current subscription. When the next billing cycle occurs, you will be charged for the new DIY plan instead of the one you were on.  Please keep in mind that all previously made payments are nonrefundable.
